The hotel is a great stop for visitors to the old town. With a design that maximizes natural light through skylights, creating a feeling of openness and comfort. At the same time, the hotel is also placed with many ornamental plants, creating a green and relaxing space for customers. The rooms are designed to be warm and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic to help me when needed. The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to experience an authentic Hanoi old town (near walking street, train street, Hoa Lo prison).

Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, superb location in the Old Quarter, very clean rooms, very good breakfast service and Paula was so, so friendly and went above and beyond standard service levels to help us find good tours and generally helping us with whatever we needed, even staying late one evening to help us with a problem we had. I did a lot of research on booking.com before coming to Hanoi in choosing our hotel. I came up with the Beryl Charm hotel and spa; at the end, I feel that I made the right choice on where to stay.

Very nice in the city center and friendly staff. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake 15 minutes walk. Lots of snacks around. Ride-hailing services are available. On the last day we had a massage.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in late at night, but there was a staff member who was still awake waiting for me, his name was Phillip. I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff here. In addition, the quality of the facilities is also very good, the room I stayed in was very clean and cozy. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and changed our towels. In case we needed more towels, they were willing to bring us more. I really appreciate the enthusiasm of the hotel when they always put the comfort of customers as the top priority.

The receptionist and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant. My whole family was enthusiastically supported. My family had additional visitors but the hotel still supported and resolved the issue very kindly. Thank you very much. The location is very convenient. It is a 7 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. This neighborhood feels very Hanoi, there are many street food shops along the way. The room is very clean and tidy. Towels are dried and fragrant. Everything is very thoughtful.

The hotel staff is super enthusiastic and super cute, from the receptionist, the waiter to the cleaning lady. My friend and I wanted to find a place to rent a bike so we asked for advice. The receptionist named Phillip took his motorbike to take my friend to see the bike, then took my friend back to the hotel😊. The room is clean, elegant, the wall paintings are quite beautiful, the bed is quite comfortable, the room is not spacious but just enough for my needs.

The hotel is in a great location, within the bounds of the Old Quarter and very close to the historic French Quarter and the famous Train Street. Lots to see and do in the neighbourhood with ample facilities for eating and shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us many tips on where to start our sightseeing and try local delicacies,

We had a pleasant stay.. the room hotel fitting is a bit out of date, however your service is exceptional from the day of booking, airport pick up, room service, breakfast until check out.. you tried your best to serve your guests! Location is very good, it s not in the heart of old quarter, but everything is within walking distance, room is clean, we slept well at night. Thank you for your hospitality!

My wife and I booked here for our honeymoon! They decorated the bed for us. During our stay, all the staff here welcomed us with all their hearts! We felt so happy to see their smiles after the tour! The room was very clean and comfortable! But what impressed us was that when we checked out we forgot our passport in the safety box. One of the receptionists took the taxi to bring the passports to the airport for us! Thanks for everything!
