Very nice in the city center and friendly staff. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake 15 minutes walk. Lots of snacks around. Ride-hailing services are available. On the last day we had a massage.

Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, superb location in the Old Quarter, very clean rooms, very good breakfast service and Paula was so, so friendly and went above and beyond standard service levels to help us find good tours and generally helping us with whatever we needed, even staying late one evening to help us with a problem we had. I did a lot of research on booking.com before coming to Hanoi in choosing our hotel. I came up with the Beryl Charm hotel and spa; at the end, I feel that I made the right choice on where to stay.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in late at night, but there was a staff member who was still awake waiting for me, his name was Phillip. I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff here. In addition, the quality of the facilities is also very good, the room I stayed in was very clean and cozy. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and changed our towels. In case we needed more towels, they were willing to bring us more. I really appreciate the enthusiasm of the hotel when they always put the comfort of customers as the top priority.

The hotel is in a great location, within the bounds of the Old Quarter and very close to the historic French Quarter and the famous Train Street. Lots to see and do in the neighbourhood with ample facilities for eating and shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us many tips on where to start our sightseeing and try local delicacies,

Very friendly and attentive staff, Catherine and Sofia were helpful in answering my questions and Sofia helped me book a one day excursion with discount. Hotel is located conveniently for the old quarter area Room is spacious Good WiFi Freshly cooked Pho for breakfast

Thank you, Jacob, Minh, Paula.. We had a pleasant stay.. the room hotel fitting is a bit out of date, however your service is exceptional from the day of booking, airport pick up, room service, breakfast until check out.. you tried your best to serve your guests! Location is very good, it s not in the heart of old quarter, but everything is within walking distance, room is clean, we slept well at night. Thank you for your hospitality!

A central location in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but quiet and comfortable rooms to have some peace when you need it. The staff are this hotel are incredible. Every single person we met was a star. From the manager Richie to the ladies on the reception (Navy and Violet) who were always willing to help and so friendly to the door staff. When we left they all came to help and say goodbye which was so lovely. We had a terrace room and the views were beautiful. You can organise trips through the hotel which we didn’t do but was a good option.

My wife and I booked here for our honeymoon! They decorated the bed for us. During our stay, all the staff here welcomed us with all their hearts! We felt so happy to see their smiles after the tour! The room was very clean and comfortable! But what impressed us was that when we checked out we forgot our passport in the safety box. One of the receptionists took the taxi to bring the passports to the airport for us! Thanks for everything!

Located in very good location, only takes 10 mins of walking to the centre of Old Quarter. The staff was kind and friendly. They recommended us to have dinner in a nice restaurant. Besides, we are satisfied with the tour we booked with Sofia, who was really helpful during our trip in Vietnam. She contacted us in advance to make sure everything is on plan. They also provide service to arrange our transportation to the airport. Highly recommend to stay.

Cozy hotel, clean room, hotel in Ha Noi old town with all main attractions within a few minutes walk, young, kind, friendly and professional staff. Thanks to all the staff, but a special thanks to Sofia for her professionalism, kindness, and always with a beautiful smile trying to satisfy all the requests I asked of her during my stay.
